Recipes are organized by category, simply click on the one you want to make and you'll get a PDF pop-up of the recipe. A quick note: I use aquafaba (the juice from a can of chickpeas) a lot. Click on the chocolate cupcakes or Batman cake below for detailed instructions about using aquafaba as an egg substitute. Those recipes also have a recipe for making your own gluten free flour blend. NOTE ON NON-DAIRY BUTTER: For non-dairy versions of the recipes below, I originally used Earth Balance Soy-Free Buttery Sticks. I have recently switched to Country Crock plant butter or Fleischmann's margarine for a better flavor.
